Accounts

Payments and Refunds

Prices are shown before purchase. Taxes or additional fees, if any, will be disclosed during checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount shown.

If a course does not match its description, contact support within 14 days of purchase to discuss available options, which may include a refund, credit, or alternative access depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Refund decisions may consider course access and completion status, time since purchase, and evidence supporting the claim. Certain promotional or discounted offers may have additional conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.

Acceptable Use

• Respect instructors and peers during live sessions.
• Do not attempt to bypass security measures, scrape content, or disrupt platform availability.

Course content is licensed for your personal, non-transferable educational use. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from any course materials.
